Daycation: St. Regis Bal Harbor

As some of you may know, I work in PR and event planning, and I recently been working crazy hours, plus weekends-due to events. Juggling my day job PLUS my side hustle has been a challenge and stressful to say the least. Thankfully I was invited to the  St.Regis Hotel, located at Bal Harbor, for a Daycation this past weekend and it couldn’t have come at the most perfect time!

The first two things that stood out about this 5-star hotel was how aesthetically pleasing the hotel was (Instagram content for days!), and the  AMAZING customer service. As soon as I walked through the lobby, I was greeted with a glass of Rose (they won me over at that moment lol). While I walked through the hotel (more like the resort) I noticed that every employee that walked past me greeted me, asked if I needed assistance, or offered me water and a towel. Pretty top-notch service.

During my stay at St.Regis, I laid out at their private beach and ordered lunch on the beach. I ordered the gouda fries and the calamari. Usually, when I eat at hotels & restaurants in Miami Beach, I am so used of being overcharged for a tiny bird portion meals. Though, I was pleasantly surprised when the waiter brought my meal and so how large the portions were. St. Regis were NOT stingy on the portions whatsoever. The gouda fries and calamari were super tasty, and yes I finished ALL of it.

After the beach, I went to the spa. After working 7 days straight, I needed to be pampered and unwind. The spas are gender separated and offered many amenities such as saunas, steam caves, massages, jacuzzis, & more to help you relax.
